Seattle International Film Festival
The 2007 Seattle International Film Festival takes place May 24th – June 17th, presenting over 400 feature, short, and documentary films from more than 60 countries all around the globe at venues all around the city. The largest and most highly attended festival of its kind, SIFF has been showcasing the best in independent cinema and studio-produced masterworks since 1976. With expanded programming at the Lincoln Square Cinema in Bellevue, a celebrated new year-round venue at Seattle Center, and the usual wide assortment of films and events, this year’s festival has something for everyone.
This year, we are proud to feature four new Australian films The Silence, Ten Canoes, Noise, and Clubland, as well as the 1919 classic The Sentimental Bloke. We will also be screening four films from New Zealand, Out of the Blue, Black Sheep, Eagle vs. Shark, and The Ferryman.
